This site was based on a dream. No, literally!
See, I've always loved various artists compilations. They've been responsible for my first listens to Talulah Gosh, the Field Mice, and the Wedding Present, among others. I can't imagine my taste in music without them, and I can't ever resist whenever I see one in the used bins. Anyway, one night, I had a dream that I was browsing a website that compiled all the various artists indiepop compilations there were, and gave a bit of the stories behind them. I had so many albums I was ready to listen to, but before I could get my hands on any, I woke up. Obviously, I was so disappointed that it didn't exist, that I decided I had to make it a reality. This is the beginning of that reality.
